30-Day Return Period: Unless you have a separate agreement with Systems Shaper, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by Systems Shaper within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 30-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees. Any products returned to Systems Shaper without prior authorization from Systems Shaper will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and Systems Shaper will not ship the product back to you.

All approved returns must be received by Systems Shaper within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
